Welcome to Pro Way Baseball Youth Development Company!
Pro Way Baseball is the premier baseball training and educational program in Victoria, BC. The establishment of Pro Way was a dream come true for Marty Hall. With professional experience in the Houston Astros and Oakland Athletics organizations, Marty now wants to pass on his learning of the game the “Pro Way” to local players in Greater Victoria and abroad.
Marty and his team of instructors are available for clinics, camps, and conditioning programs. Marty also specializes in one-on-one tutorials on all aspects of the game. Pro Way also offers a college referral service. Marty and his team see a need to support today’s players and parents for college, provincial, national and professional teams.

CAMPS
Pro Way offers camps year round, but our most popular camps are Winter (pre season) and fall (off season).
PERSONAL TRAINING
Individual training can cover any aspect of baseball including pitching, catching, batting and conditioning.
